Underground Pizza has been a Big White favourite since 1998 — built from scratch by John and Ana Mooney. What started upstairs in a coffee shop quickly grew into a community staple known for its handcrafted dough, cold beer, and relaxed mountain vibe.

Every pizza begins with John’s signature slow-fermented dough — a recipe perfected over decades, with a little sweet basil and a whole lot of care. Together, John and Ana have created more than just a place to eat; they’ve built a spot where locals, staff, and visitors can unwind, share a slice, and feel right at home.
